1 · You drop off
A few minutes to say hello and tell us what your dog likes and hates. We never rush this bit.
2 · We take our time
Warm bath, gentle dry, and as many breaks as your pup needs. Nervous dogs get longer, not faster.
3 · Happy collection
We message you a photo when they're done, and tell you honestly how it went.
